Return and Refund Policy
Because most of our products are custom made or personalized, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were produced according to the specifications provided in the order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To report a problem, email shopify@designset.app and include your order number along with photos of the issue so we can review the situation quickly. If a defect or production error is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exceptions / Non Returnable Items
Because our products are typically custom manufactured or personalized for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized products, special order items, or items produced according to customer provided specifications. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as a custom item, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for custom products. If there is an issue with your order due to damage, defect, or production error, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage, defect, or production error, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
